PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
We typically process orders every 6 hours, and no later than within 1 business day.
Production times vary as some items are made to order. Ready-made items are typically shipped in 2-3 days. Made to order items typically ship within 3-7 days.
Estimated Delivery
As soon as the order is shipped, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase.  Jewelry and apparel typically take between 2-5 days to deliver. Sneakers typically take between 7-14 days to deliver. Shipping options may vary and can included expedited times to speed up deliver (for an added fee), or extended times to minimize costs to the consumer.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase (with proof provided), contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
