🔔 Didn’t See Your Updates?

If you’re not receiving emails or texts, it’s usually because:

  • The email address was entered incorrectly
  • The phone number was mistyped
  • The inbox is filtering messages into spam/junk

If the contact information submitted at checkout is inaccurate, our system cannot deliver updates — and we may not be able to modify or cancel the order once production begins.
