Money Back Guarantee
We have a strong affection for our products, and we believe that you will share the same sentiment. Therefore, for many items that are not made-to-order or POD we are providing a 30-Day Trial, free from any risks, with a 100% money back guarantee. This guarantee will only be noted in the product listing to which it applies. It does not cover the cost of shipping.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.

Made-to-Order or Print-On-Demand (POD) and Custom Art Products
For the purposes of our store policies and to provide clarity, all POD products are made-to-order.
All sneakers, loafers, slides, hats, t-shirts, sportswear, wall art, and stationary are POD products, as well as any item labeled as such. Jewelry items packaged with message cards are considered POD/made-to-order products.
Non-POD products include jeans, knit sweaters, leather bags, belts, and jewelry without message cards.

Many items listed on this site are Made-to-order or Printed On Demand (POD) products in which we apply our custom art or customer-requested colors or designs.  We work Twice As Hard to research quality products. In order to keep costs low and offer competitive pricing, these products are not warehoused. That said, each product is produced only once ordered, made just for you.
Refunds or Returns
For made-to-order or POD items, we offer a free replacement or a refund only in the case of a defective product due to manufacturing error.Â
Items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned.
This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. To assist customer decision-making regarding size for these items we often offer size charts, product specifications or product comparisons and suggestions.  If you have a question regarding size, please contact us at contact@twiceasharddesigns.com or 484-544-3095.

Returned to Sender
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.
Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.
If you provided the correct address, we will reship approved order returns to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.Â
Order Cancellation
Many of our products are made on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order. We make it a policy to start the product process as soon as possible. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 6 hours after purchase.Â
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.
Warranties
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and will exchange the item as soon as possible, provided that your request has been approved.
Our standard warranty lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. We will do our best to resolve issues according to the stipulations of our policy.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, however, we can’t offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange.Â
International Shipping
Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
Item Conditions
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused and accompanied by original tags and returned in its original packaging.
Please note, any health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-made and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
You must start the return process within 30 days after the item has been delivered by contacting us using the following information:

- Your Name
- Order Number
- Clear photo of the defective item showing the issue
- Reason for return/refund.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.
TwiceAsHard Designs has the right to refuse requests that passed the number of days allowed, as described above, after delivery. TwiceAsHard Designs also has the right to refuse requests that do not comply with any part of this policy.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
All refund or exchange requests are subject to review and approval.
â—Ź As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
â—Ź If the order qualifies as pre-approved for return/refund, our team will send a return label to your email address.
Package your return using the return label from our customer service team and drop off at a UPS facility. You need to use the return label sent by our customer service team. Do not send returns to the original address.
Pre-approved returns/exchanges must be delivered to us within 15 days of your pre-approval. You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse.Â
Final approval will be contingent up confirming the returned item is in the condition as presented in the original request.Â
For approved refunds: We will immediately process your refund in the original form of payment  (minus the 30% Restocking Fee and/or shipping if applicable).
For approved exchanges:Â We can process an exchange of the order within the next 72 hours
Non-delivery Claims
If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim id from the local post office and validate it before proceeding with the return process. Â
30% restocking Fee
Unless a 100% money back guarantee is provided for the product, we charge a 30% restocking fee for any kinds of non-defective, non-custom apparels, flags and other non-custom, ready-made merchandise.Â
