🔁 Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but cancellations must be made within the 6-hour processing window in which your order is placed. Our processing windows start at 12am each day, then 6am, 12pm, 6pm respectively.

We begin production quickly, so once your order enters the next processing window, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel, email contact@twiceasharddesigns.com with your order number right away.

🔁 What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not made according to the selected specifications.

If there’s an issue with your order as characterized above, we’ll remake and reship it at no cost.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

Jewelry, Tumblers, Blankets and Deluxe Tops are shipped worldwide. Sneakers are shipped to the continental US only. Contact us for questions at contact@twiceasharddesigns.com .
